Stage 1

We have two 5M Bell Tents positioned in an enclosed field. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ  and an eating and seating area. There is a level access communal toilets and shower facility in our brand new build wet room and kitchenette. Funding from Barnwood Trust has enabled us to buy and fit a high rise Changing stretcher bed. There is a mobile hoist, we just ask you to bring your own hoist sling.

Each tent is easily big enough for a family of four, we can squeeze in another small fifth person, each tent has a double with two or three single beds. The tents are enclosed in a field providing an instant feeling of security, a safe space. You have access to our private woodland which is untouched, with an accessible path at the top but for the more mobile and adventurous you can lose yourself (not literally) in our woods.

Stage 2 is Swifts and Swallows CIC

We have planning permission to convert an existing building into a respite unit. The unit will have its own enclosed secure garden with an outside covered area to enjoy the fresh air and eat al fresco should you choose.

The unit will be wheelchair accessible and will accommodate up to 5/6 people. With a profile bed, a double bedroom, a double and single sofa bed. You can even pitch up a tent for those who like the outdoors within the units own garden. (tent can be provided).
